Terms of Service

Deposits

All deposits are $100 or $500 of the total price of the session. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE due to reserving a day and time on Haley Sanborn Photo & Video LLC’s calendar. Deposits are due the day of signing this contract to ensure both the client and the photographer are in agreeance. 

Refunds

Deposits stand non-refundable under any circumstances. The amount due after the deposit can be refunded in the instance of a canceled session due to unforeseen circumstances. In the instance of a refund, the client will receive the refund from Haley Sanborn Photo & Video LLC no later than a week after the cancellation date in the original form of payment.

Reschedule

In the instance of a canceled session, if the client wishes to reschedule, they must reschedule within three weeks of the original session date to use their current deposit and are required to sign a new contract. If they wish to reschedule for a date later than three weeks away a new deposit will be required with the new contract. If the photographer needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances the current deposit can be used even if the new date is after the three-week rescheduling period.    

Photo Release

Haley Sanborn Photo & Video LLC does not and will not release any unedited photos. All photos will be edited with the photographer's usual editing. The client has fair use of the photos; therefore, you can print, share or use them for personal use. Clients are not allowed to re-sell the images or alter the images in any way.

Photo Reordering 

Haley Sanborn Photo & Video LLC will keep all photos for at least 6 months. If the Client needs the session photos sent again it must be within the 6-month timeframe. After 6 months there is no guarantee Haley Sanborn Photo & Video LLC will still have the photos.

Photo Delivery

The client will receive a sneak peek 72 hours after the session. The turn-around time for the photo gallery is approximately 2-3 weeks after the session date.

Personal Items and Appearance

Haley Sanborn Photo & Video LLC is not responsible for any make-up, hair, accessories, etc. on any of the client(s) on the session day. Please be ready to be in photos when the photographer arrives on location.
